Living with POTS means good days and sideways days you can't always predict. POTSTrack keeps tracking quick — fluids, salt, symptoms, and the triggers behind a flare — and turns months of ups and downs into one clear picture for your next appointment. Standing heart rate folds in too, if your watch supports it.
Highlights
- Track fluids, salt, symptoms, and triggers — and see what actually moves your days
- Months of ups and downs become one clear summary for your care team
- Add standing heart rate from Apple Health / Health Connect, if your watch supports it
- Private by default — on your device, no account to start
POTSTrack is for the day-to-day reality of POTS — the flares you can’t predict, the careful balance of fluids and salt, and the appointments where months of ups and downs have to fit into a few short minutes.
It keeps tracking quick: log fluids, salt, symptoms, and what came before a flare, and let the patterns surface on their own. If you have a watch that measures it, standing heart rate folds right in from Apple Health or Health Connect. When it’s time to see your care team, bring a clear summary instead of trying to remember. It’s for logging and insight — not a diagnosis, and never a substitute for the team who guides your care.
Features
-
Patterns you can act on
POTSTrack connects fluids, salt, rest, symptoms, and triggers over time, so what steadies your days — and what sends them sideways — actually shows up, instead of staying a hunch.
-
Ready for the 15-minute visit
Months of fluctuation are hard to summarize from memory. Bring a clean, clinician-ready summary so the appointment spends its few minutes on decisions, not recall.
-
Standing heart rate, if you've got it
Have an Apple Watch or a Health Connect–compatible wearable? Standing heart rate pulls in automatically and sits in context with the rest of your day — a useful extra, never something you need to log POTS well.
Your privacy
Your health data stays on your device by default — local-first, with no account required to begin. helperly.org never sells your data. POTSTrack helps you log and understand patterns; it does not provide a diagnosis or medical advice. The free version is ad-supported through Google AdMob, which applies its own ad tracking; upgrade to remove ads.
